The proposed enquiry service collects your name, email, company, selected service and message so COHERVIA can respond to you. Do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential documents.

How the service is designed

The website and proposed enquiry service run on AWS. Submitted enquiry details are delivered to COHERVIA’s designated email inbox. The application is designed not to include enquiry content in its application logs. AWS services may process technical request information for security and operation.

Security and cookies

This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. The proposed enquiry backend uses a short-lived daily request counter to limit email abuse. Technical service logs and email retention must be reviewed and confirmed before launch.

Your questions and choices

You may choose not to submit the enquiry form. COHERVIA must publish its privacy contact address, information-request process and confirmed retention periods before activating collection.
